Dear Fellow Members,

The end of the pool year is rapidly drawing to a close and I hope that you have had a healthy and happy summer. This year the Annual Meeting will be held at 5 PM on Sunday, August 28, 2011 in the pavilion.

The agenda for the meeting includes an update of this year's activities, a financial report, and the election of officers for the upcoming year. Remember, you are not only members but also owners of the Club. Please complete and return the ballot for the election of officers. If you are interested in serving on the Board, please come to the meeting to place your name in nomination. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please complete the ballot and return it prior to August 24th. The Board is always seeking ideas for ways to improve the Club. Please attend the meeting to give us your thoughts or send them with your ballot.
